How does SnapWorth work? ▾
Photograph any secondhand item — a piece of clothing, shoes, electronics, a bag — and SnapWorth's AI identifies it and estimates a resale value range in seconds, so you have a quick sense of what it's worth before you buy.
What's included in the free plan? ▾
The free plan includes 1 scan a day. Scans include a full value estimate, AI listing draft, and scan history. No account or payment details required to get started.
How do I cancel my subscription? ▾
All subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad and tap SnapWorth. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Yearly subscribers: the 3-day free trial cancels automatically if you cancel before it ends. You won't be charged.
I was charged but can't access Pro features — what do I do? ▾
Open SnapWorth, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. This re-links your existing subscription to the current device. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID receipt number and we'll sort it out.
Are my photos stored or shared? ▾
No. Photos are sent to our server for real-time processing only and are not retained after the valuation is returned. Your scan history is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time from Settings. We do not sell or share your data. See our full Privacy Policy.
How accurate are the valuations? ▾
Estimates come from an AI model's broad knowledge of the secondhand market and are intended as a useful reference range, not a guaranteed sale price. The confidence level reflects how clearly the AI could identify your item. For anything valuable, we recommend double-checking recent sold prices yourself before you buy or sell.
I got a poor result — what can improve accuracy? ▾
Clear, well-lit photos with visible brand tags, labels, or logos give the best results. Including multiple angles can help the AI identify the item more precisely.
